Grow Our Impact: Drive Business Development for Solar Energy!
Help Shams Djazair expand its impact in Algeria’s renewable energy market. As a Business Developer in our Commercial & Industrial division, you’ll develop our client portfolio from first contact to signed contract — identifying prospects, presenting our solar solutions, and helping companies cut their electricity costs through high-performance PV.
You’ll prospect across multiple channels, book meetings with decision-makers, promote our free “Solar Snapshot” diagnostic, and work hand-in-hand with our PV engineer to turn client needs into winning proposals. If you enjoy sales, client meetings, negotiation and business development in a fast-growing market, this role is for you.
Job Requirements
- Background in sales, marketing, business development/engineering, management or energy.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B, business development or technical sales (solar, renewables, industry or engineering services a strong advantage).
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking with managers and decision-makers.
- Disciplined in follow-up, reporting and CRM usage; results-oriented and persistent.
- Comfortable with phone prospecting, field visits, LinkedIn and professional networking.
- French and Arabic required; English a strong advantage.
- Driving license appreciated.
