Finance the Future: Analyze the Economics of Solar Projects!
Dive into the financial engine driving green energy investments! As a Financial Analyst Intern, you’ll support the economic assessment of our solar projects. You will assist in building and refining financial models (calculating metrics like ROI, NPV, IRR, payback periods), analyzing project costs and revenue streams, researching renewable energy financing mechanisms (grants, incentives, loans), and evaluating the overall financial viability of initiatives. Your data-driven insights will help ensure our projects are both environmentally impactful and financially sustainable.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business program with a strong quantitative focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience or aptitude for building financial models and performing quantitative analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data and projections.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, project finance, investment analysis, or specifically the economics of renewable energy.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and keen to apply financial principles to real-world sustainable business challenges.
