Help cultivate the talented team driving Shams Djazair’s success! As a Human Resources & Talent Development Intern, you’ll support key people processes that foster a positive and productive workplace. You will assist with the recruitment lifecycle (posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews), support the onboarding of new team members, help organize training initiatives and team events, and contribute to maintaining HR documentation and systems. Play a key role in building our organizational capacity and supportive culture.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field with an interest in people operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), demonstrating empathy, discretion, and a genuine interest in employee well-being and development.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Familiarity with basic HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, training) or tools is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is key.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive company culture and eager to gain practical experience in HR best practices within a growing, mission-driven company.
